A retreat about… the liturgy? Yes and no: it is a retreat where we do talk about the liturgy and learn about it, but above all we celebrate the liturgy and let its beauty lead and form us. Our principles include the relaxed participation of whole families in the liturgy, catecheses for parents, and also some separate activities for children and young people.

If you are parents of little ones, you know very well how hard it is to find the time and energy for spiritual formation – especially formation that involves both parents and children. We invite you to carefully chosen retreat houses, where we, the team of the Dominican Liturgical Center, will try to help your families prepare to live the Sacred Paschal Triduum better or to deepen the fruits of Easter.

We will publish detailed information about the sixth retreat season (spring 2027) on our website later this year (at the end of 2026). We are also planning one weekend for adults. We encourage you to choose the most convenient date now, but please remember that each date will go ahead only if enough people register to rent a retreat house.

“As we know very well, a parent is the one who passes on a wealth of values every day, including the faith. That is why we want part of this retreat to be an introduction to a way of passing on the faith that is both accessible for the parent and interesting for the child”

Fr. Mirosław Pilśniak OP

Retreat leader of the first edition

See who we are

We are convinced that the strength of the Church depends on how the liturgy is celebrated. For most Catholics, taking part in Mass is the basic way of living their faith. The quality of their faith depends on what they see, hear and experience at Mass. That is why we teach the faith and provide tools for living it in the liturgy. We believe that this will renew the Church.

The retreat takes place every spring in different parts of Poland.
